Description

Profit Piety and the Professions in Later Medieval England – Ed. Michael Hicks

This book is a compilation of papers from the proceedings of the conference on Recent Research in Fifteenth Century English History organised by Dr, Michael Hicks at King Alfred’s College in Winchester in 1987. There are 10 papers in total covering various topics relating to 15th Century England from the desks of renowned historians such as Clive Burgess, Brigitte Vale, Linda Clark to name a few.

Looks like this book was a first edition printed in 1990 and has an inscription on the inside cover which looks like the editors initials – MAH. Overall, the book is in good condition with a dust jacket covering the hardback book although there is some fading to the spine.
